Chronos hires duo to boost biodiversity research

Chronos Sustainability has hired Dr Rebecca Drury as manager covering biodiversity and nature, and Chup Priovashini as a research analyst within its responsible investment team. 

Drury (pictured) has 15 years’ experience in conservation and biodiversity and was most recently head of wildlife trade for Fauna & Flora International. At Chronos, she will develop the implementation of biodiversity and nature-based change programmes with both companies and investors, working alongside senior manager Gemma James.

Priovashini was previously a research assistant and holds an MSc with distinction in Nature, Society and Environmental Governance from the University of Oxford.

Her new role will involve working with Chronos’s responsible investment clients and supporting the firm’s major benchmarking programmes including the Business Benchmark on Farm Animal Welfare.
