Paul Scaping is a public policy specialist at the Investment Association (IA). He leads the IA’s advocacy work on climate change and the transition to net zero. Scaping has been at the IA for five years and was previously interim head of government affairs before focusing on the IA’s engagement at COP26. He previously worked in government relations consultancy after starting his career as a parliamentary researcher in the House of Commons.
