Door has partnered with Parmenion’s investment team to centralise and strengthen its due diligence information-gathering process.

Parmenion will be accessing data on Door for all required asset managers and their products, including ESG data. This will allow the team to more easily distribute and collect information from its asset managers, including any updates and ongoing changes.

Jasper Thornton-Boelman, investment director at Parmenion, also sits on the stewardship council for City Hive’s ACT Initiative. As a supporter of the corporate culture reporting framework, Parmenion will also be using Door to request and review the ACT Framework from its asset manager partners.

Thornton-Boelman said: “Door meaningfully enhances the efficiency of our fund due diligence process, supporting the detailed analysis currently undertaken by our research team. Across the entire Parmenion business, we choose carefully before partnering with third-party companies. We believe Door will be an important and useful tool as we decide where to allocate clients’ money.”

Steve Goldstein, CEO of Door, added: “We are glad to have Parmenion join the growing number of manager research teams using Door for due diligence, and look forward to supporting their use of the platform for DDQs as well as ACT engagement.”

Parmenion joins the growing number of manager research firms adopting the platform in the UK, including Quilter Cheviot, Cazenove, Hargreaves Lansdown, 7IM, and Aberdeen.
