Ita McMahon joined Castlefield in 2017 and oversees the stewardship strategy for the investment team. She was previously a responsible investment analyst at Royal London Asset Management. Prior to joining the investment industry, McMahon was a consultant, advising leading global companies on their sustainability programmes. She began her career as a carbon trading policy adviser at Defra.
