Sarah Kapnick, who joined JP Morgan last year from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory, tells ESG Clarity about the advantages of investing with a sustainability lens.

As companies begin to disclose more information on emissions and climate risk, investors will have more decisions to make, and in many cases they will be better positioned for the choices they make about their portfolios, Kapnick says. She also provides thoughts on the carbon credit market.
