JSS adds co-portfolio manager to Green Planet fund

J. Safra Sarasin has appointed Léna Jacquelin as co-portfolio manager of the JSS Sustainable Equity – Green Planet fund to work closely with Daniel Lurch, the fund’s lead portfolio manager. 

Now in its fourth year, the thematic fund focuses on capturing opportunities stemming from the green transition, investing in four mega-themes with significant growth potential: ecosystem protection, resource efficiency, smart mobility and future energies.

Jacquelin joins as part of the thematic equities team of the bank. Her career began at Natixis Asset Management Singapore for Asian and global tech funds, before continuing at La Financière de l’Echiquier in Paris, where she worked on robotics, artificial intelligence and space-focused funds. According to J. Safra Sarasin, Jacquelin’s expertise as a buy-side analyst, backed by a master in engineering with a specialisation in financial markets from ESILV Paris, positions her as a valuable asset to the Green Planet investment team.
