Quilter hires reporting and governance manager from FCA

To support the delivery of Quilter’s corporate sustainability agenda

Quilter has appointed Alexander Kirby (pictured) as reporting and governance manager.

Kirby joins from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) where they carried out the role of financial services and markets regulator and was the lead associate in the FCA‘s wholesale authorisations department. Responsibilities included analysing and implementing regulatory ESG disclosure rules, delivering Consumer Duty to the department, and assessing the effectiveness of firms’ compliance frameworks and governance arrangements.

Kirby will focus on corporate sustainability reporting and disclosure, supporting Marisol Hernadnez and Gemma Woodward, member of the PA Future Committee, who have joint responsibility for delivering Quilter’s corporate sustainability agenda.
