Snowball started out as a small group of people frustrated with the options that existed in impact investment. They were either single asset classes or single SDGs, which can be very high-risk, Snowball CEO Daniela Barone-Soares says in ESG Clarity‘s latest digital magazine Q&A.
“They wanted to create a portfolio to house all the investments and make a return while having a positive impact on the planet and society. Snowball now has a four-year track record and was restructured last year to a fully FCA-regulated limited partnership vehicle. We now have a much more investable structure and proposition.”
