A technology platform has been launched for fund managers and asset owners to get a centralised view of investment notes as well as share ESG engagements, reports, ratings and research.
The Impactive Platform has been founded by Mais Callan (pictured), former stewardship lead at NEST and co-chair of the 30% Club UK Investor Group. She launched Impactive Tech last year, began testing the new platform with funds managers and the final product was launched 25 January 2023.
Impactive allows users to log interactions linked to ESG with investee companies, set big picture engagement objectives and track progress on engagement initiatives. Users can also share research, ratings and keep track of the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation and UK Stewardship Code reporting, as well as view analytics and access reporting templates.
It was developed with input from fund managers, COOs, CIOs, stewardship and compliance teams who faced different pressures from a regulatory or client standpoint in each of their roles, said Callan. They wanted to be able to collaborate and leverage insights internally, while also help reporting teams access relevant information and templates. The platform can be customised by system integrations, data APIs, custom field creation, and user-managed roles and permissions.
