WHEB Asset Management has appointed Hans-Christoph Hirt (pictured) to the firm’s advisory committee, where he will be responsible for oversight and governance on behalf of clients.
Hirt joins from UBS where he was managing director, head of impact engagement. Previously, he spent 17 years at Federated Hermes overseeing the equity ownership services business. Hirt has been a member of the FCA’s Listing Authority Advisory Panel since March 2023 and also serves as an advisory board member for UCL.

The WHEB committee meets each quarter to ensure the fund’s holdings are in line with the strategy objectives.
